    What materials does Ktech Casting work with?+
    Ferrous alloy system including HT250 gray iron, D5S high-nickel austenitic ductile iron, heat-resistant cast steel (GX40Cr24Ni12Nb), RuTSi4Mo/RuT300 compacted graphite iron, and QT400/QT450 ductile iron — grade recommended based on your application.
    How do you verify material quality?+
    Every batch undergoes spectrometer chemical analysis, Brinell hardness testing, and metallographic examination. Critical materials additionally verified by third-party labs (CTI) — ensuring the material in your parts meets spec.
    Do you provide PPAP documentation?+
    Yes. Full APQP/PPAP packages including feasibility analysis, control plans, MSA plans, full-dimensional reports, and material certificates — tailored to your OEM requirements.
    How is batch traceability maintained?+
    Each batch is linked from raw material lot through melting, machining, and inspection records to packaging and shipment. Permanent or batch marking is applied per project requirements.
    Can you support customer source inspections?+
